In collaboration with Beverly Hills-based venue group SaveLive, this 48-page proposal secured a $1.5M+ contract with the City of Oklahoma City for operations and management of the OKC Zoo Amphitheatre. The RFP and pitch deck highlighted SaveLive’s national reach and local presence—including ties to Paycom Center, Tower Theatre, and The Criterion. Backed by $134M in investments, a network of 65+ venues, and over 1,800 events in 2023, SaveLive brings top-tier talent to cities across the country, with popular acts like Florence + The Machine, OneRepublic, Alicia Keys, Carrie Underwood, John Mayer, The Chainsmokers and more.
