Like so many in New Orleans, the Hornets found themselves homeless and looking for temporary refuge after Katrina flooded their arena. Shortly after the tragedy, NBA Commissioner David Stern announced that Oklahoma City would play host to the Hornets for 35 regular season games.
The Hornets opened in Oklahoma City to a sell-out crowd of 19,163 and a 93-67 win over the Sacramento Kings.
This 100-page special book is a commemorative celebration of the Hornets season in Oklahoma City.
